Chef Rajeev Goyal
Chef Rajeev Goyal is known for his extensive understanding of Indian cuisine, spices and the rare Indian recipes over the years. His love for travel took him to continents like Africa, Europe, South and North America, and being an Indian he tried the Indian restaurants in these locations but was never satisfied. This inspired him to design a way in which he could introduce authentic Indian food to the international crowd that would like to visit India. He started by operating a fine dining restaurant in New Delhi and later moved on to co-founded the first food tour company in India, India Food Tour.

CHEF SHIKHA GUPTA
Chef Shikha comes from a family of chefs. Her maternal grandparents and uncles are running a Satvik restaurant in Kolkata and this skill of chef has been passed on from generations. Being a foodie since childhood, she always wanted to be in control of what she wanted to eat, and hence she made a constant run to her mother with requests for what she wanted for her next meal.
After her move from Agra to Delhi for her studies, she remained in the city to work as a sales and marketing manager in the advertising industry, but always missed her mother’s food. Over a decade ago she started cooking and experimenting with spices, and she has learned a lot since then. In 2015 her love and curiosity for food and cooking bought her to join Food Tour in Delhi where she is now finally following her passion for food and is trying to present amazing traditional Indian cuisines for the world. She quit her sales and marketing job is now a full-time food enthusiast.
With experience in working with Radisson Group, The Oberoi’s and then the Tanzore Restaurant & Lounge in the posh locality of Beverly Hills, USA. He was a key in the launch of 36 degrees at The Oberoi’s New Delhi and represents the exclusive group of innovative chefs of Progressive Indian Cuisine.
After coming back to India, he worked with Hyatt Group in both Hyderabad and Bengaluru. During his time in Bengaluru, he began the conceptualizing the award-winning restaurant The Pink Poppadom. This restaurant went on the reshape the perception of Indian Cuisine with his contemporary cooking. He also ventured into a catering company ‘Gourmet Aura’, which is very well recognized in today’s event circle.
Chef Gautam currently owns a chain restaurant under the parent company called ‘Demiurgic Hospitality’ and is an operating partner at ‘Giant Foods LLC’, a catering company located in the festive culture of Dubai. He is also an operating partner of an army themed restaurant called ’38 Barracks’, in Connaught Place, Delhi.
Other than his restaurants, he has been a face for Indian Cuisine in the media and has been part of various cookery shows. He also is a columnist for magazines like Hospitality Talk, Restaurant Biz and Incredible Chef.
Chef Gautam holds a respected culinary award by the Indian Culinary Forum named as ‘Silver Hat Award’.
A restaurant he conceptualized and launched, ‘Tanzore Restaurant & Lounge’, is recommended by Michelin
He has also been recognized by ‘BBC Good Food’ for his work with ‘The Pink Poppadom’; that also won him various awards and accolades.

He has also been recognized as one of the ‘Top 10 Chefs’ of the country by ‘Hotelier India’. He shared the stage with Chef Hemant Oberoi and Chef Ananda Solomon.

CHEF OSAMA JALALI
A food writer, historian, restaurateur, festival curator, and a passionate master-chef, Chef Osama Jalali comes from a non-hospitality background and has reviewed over 2000 restaurants. He is one of the few writers who refused to restrain himself to just writing about food but cook them too. He curated Khandaan (Awadhi, Rampuri, Shahjahani, Nizami)-based menus for hotels and private Daawat.
Born and brought up in the bylanes of Old Delhi, his parental roots belong to a princely estate in Uttar Pradesh called Rampur which is famous for its unique Rampuri cuisine. Osama’s love for food began when he witnessed his mother cooking meals in large quantities in deghs at the feasts that were very often hosted at their home. He grew a keen curiosity to learn more about the flavors and ingredients of his mother’s cooking. His mother learned a lot from the royal Khansamas during their time in Rampur Gharana, which was later passed on to Osama.
Osama’s passion for food began at an early age when he used to witness his mother cooking meals in huge amounts in deghs at the feasts organized at their home very often. He loves to pass his day treating people, sharing his food and talking about the joy of eating together.
Osama has been part of Big F awards for the last 4 seasons as a member of the jury. He has also been the jury to select the chef of the year by the prestigious Indian Culinary Forum (ICF) for last 2 years and the jury for the Living Foods awards. He has also appeared on various food shows on Television and is known to be the authority on Mughlai cuisine and ambassador. He is on a mission to revive regional Indian dying cuisine.
He is most famous for hi Gosht/Mutton ka halwa recipe from the bygone Mughal era and is the only person in the country to cook it. Recreating lost Mughal era recipes is what Osama is known for. Osama has also cooked for various state heads of the country.
